Professional cooperation

Partnerships

Referral and technical-cooperation options for professionals and organizations handling legitimate crypto wallet access matters.

We work with professionals and organizations that encounter legitimate crypto wallet-access problems. A referral and an ongoing technical partnership are different arrangements, so responsibilities, communications and commercial terms are agreed before case information is shared.

Ways to work together

Referral, technical and information-handling arrangements remain defined per case.

Professional referrals

A lawyer, notary, adviser, accountant or other professional can introduce a rightful owner, authorized representative, estate or business. A referral does not by itself authorize access to case information. At intake we establish who the client is, who may instruct us, and whether the referring professional is authorized to remain involved.

  • The client engagement and recovery scope are confirmed in writing.
  • The referring professional keeps responsibility for their own legal, tax, financial or other advice.
  • Case updates or reports go only to recipients authorized for that matter.
  • Any referral fee or partner share is subject to written terms, a successfully completed and paid case, and the professional's own rules.

See the specific routes for lawyers & notaries, family offices & advisers, businesses and estate professionals & executors.

Technical and organizational cooperation

Wallet vendors, hardware retailers, forensic or cybersecurity firms, and other organizations may need a technical recovery specialist when a matter falls outside their own scope. Before describing this as a partnership, we agree the boundaries in writing, including:

  • which organization performs intake and authority checks;
  • who contracts with and communicates with the client;
  • what information may be exchanged and through which secure route;
  • each party's technical responsibilities and exclusions;
  • branding, confidentiality, reporting and escalation;
  • any commercial arrangement and the conditions that apply to it.

We do not imply endorsement by a wallet vendor or other organization unless that relationship has been expressly agreed. We also do not accept stolen-crypto, scam-recovery or unauthorized-access matters through a partner.

Security and case information

The first discussion needs no seed phrase, private key, password, wallet file or identity document. If a case proceeds, access to information follows the client's authority, the written agreements, our security and data-handling policy and our privacy policy. A partner does not automatically receive case details or wallet material.

Start a conversation

Discuss the intended working model before any client material is shared.

How to start

  1. Contact us with a general description of the organization and the types of matters you encounter.
  2. We check whether the proposed cooperation fits our technical and compliance boundaries.
  3. If it does, responsibilities and any commercial terms are recorded in writing before referrals or case material are exchanged.

Recovery is never guaranteed, and every referred matter still receives its own feasibility and authority assessment.
