Start with what still exists
Your coins are almost certainly still on the blockchain. What determines the recovery route is the material you still have:
- The wallet file or device - even encrypted or damaged, it is the strongest starting point.
- A recovery phrase, even partial - missing, wrong or reordered words can often be reconstructed, because the phrase carries its own checks.
- Memory of a password or passphrase - patterns and fragments are enough to begin a search.
- Nothing at all - we will tell you honestly whether anything can be done.
