Wallet Recovery Pricing

We agree the recovery fee with you in writing before work starts. It is only due when access to your wallet is restored.

How the fee works

The assessment, success fee and factors that affect the agreed fee.

Free assessment

The first assessment is always free and without obligation. You get an honest answer about whether recovery is realistic, what it would take and what it would cost - and if it is not viable, we say so plainly.

Success fee, agreed in writing

Our standard success fee is 20% of the recovered amount. The fee is agreed in writing before any work starts and is only due when access is actually restored. There are no hourly rates or hidden costs.

Custom pricing for high-value wallets

For high-value wallets, we agree a custom success-fee percentage based on the technical scope and effort required. Larger recoveries typically carry a lower percentage. The exact rate is confirmed in your binding written quote before any work begins.

Terms and safeguards

Professional cases, payment boundaries and confidentiality.

Estates, professional and business matters

The same written-quote principle applies when an estate, professional adviser or company is involved. The proposal identifies the contracting party, technical scope, reporting and handover requirements, and the exact fee before work starts. This public page does not create a separate professional tariff; the signed terms for the matter control.

No recovery, no fee

If we cannot restore access - whether that becomes clear during the assessment or after work has started - no recovery fee is due. The free assessment already told you the realistic odds before you committed to anything.

Special arrangements, agreed in advance

Our standard terms are set out above. If your case requires special arrangements that involve additional costs, we explain these and agree them with you in writing before you commit.

What you will never pay

  • A recovery fee when recovery fails.
  • Hidden or 'administration' costs on top of the agreed quote.
  • Anything before a written agreement and a stated quote.

Questions about fees

Straight answers before you decide whether to proceed.

How much does crypto wallet recovery cost?

Our standard fee is 20% of the recovered amount, reduced for larger wallets. The exact rate is agreed in writing before any work starts — no hidden costs and no hourly rates.

Do I need to pay upfront for crypto recovery?

No. The full terms — no recovery, no fee, nothing upfront — are set out in "No recovery, no fee" above.

What if my wallet contains a large amount of cryptocurrency?

For high-value wallets we agree a custom commission individually — larger recoveries typically carry a lower percentage. The exact rate is confirmed in your written quote. Where confidentiality or the size of the holding calls for it, ask about the Zero Access Recovery Protocol, a client-controlled route available when the case is technically suitable.

How do I know if my crypto wallet can be recovered?

Request a confidential assessment. We evaluate your situation and tell you honestly whether recovery is realistic, what it would take and what it would cost — and if it is not viable, we say so.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The fee you agree to in writing before work starts is the only amount you pay on success. No hidden costs, no administration fees.

Do you offer pro bono crypto recovery services?

We do not offer fully pro bono recoveries; the closest is our standard no recovery, no fee terms, set out above.

Control at the end

Access is restored to you; the assets do not pass through us.

You stay in control of your assets

If the recovery succeeds, you remain in control of your wallet and pay the agreed fee separately, according to the contract. We never hold your assets and never deduct the fee from recovered funds: we rebuild access to a wallet you own, and you then open it and move the assets yourself, directly from your old wallet to a new one you control.
