Verify Crypto Recovers before you send anything

Every trust signal on this site is organised here as one system: who we are, how to verify us independently, how we communicate securely, and how we handle sensitive material. A recovery company should be checkable before it ever receives your case.

Official details

Official domain

cryptorecovers.com is our main website and cryptoherstel.nl is our Dutch-language site. We also run separate websites on crypto inheritance (inheritedcrypto.com) and on wallet password recovery (forgotwalletpassword.com). We never contact people out of the blue offering to recover funds, and we never do business from lookalike domains or social-media accounts that copy our name.

Official email addresses

support@cryptorecovers.com is our general client email. security@cryptorecovers.com is the dedicated mailbox for security reports. Both addresses are published on this site; if an email claims to be from us but uses a domain other than cryptorecovers.com or cryptoherstel.nl, it is not ours.

Official phone number

+31 85 109 1211 is our published telephone number. Caller ID can be spoofed, so the displayed number alone does not verify a caller. If contact is unexpected, end the call and call this published number yourself.

Company registration

Crypto Recovers is the international brand of Cryptoherstel.nl, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 75927276, VAT NL003031083B24. You can verify the registration and legal status yourself in the KvK register.

Physical office

Le Mairekade 77, 1013 CB Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Meetings can be held at the office, at an agreed location, or fully remote over a secure connection.

Named team

Our team is named and photographed on the team page: Robbert Bink (founder and wallet recovery specialist), Olesia Hulych (marketing, content and client support), Pieter Houwen (cybersecurity and recovery research), Stan Menten (technical wallet recovery) and Fabian de Graaf (first point of contact, case management and partnerships). No anonymous agents.

Five-minute independent verification

  1. Check the official domain is cryptorecovers.com, the sender uses an official email address and the phone number matches the details on this page.
  2. Verify the KvK registration 75927276 at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce and the Amsterdam address.
  3. Confirm the team members are named with roles - nobody works anonymously here.
  4. Stop if unexpected contact asks for wallet secrets or advance payment. Return to the official details above and contact us through a channel you opened yourself.
  5. Only then consider encrypted communication via our PGP key, verifying the fingerprint against this page.

How to recognize impersonation

We never unexpectedly contact people offering to recover funds. We never ask for a seed phrase, private key, password or wallet file through forms, chat, WhatsApp, Telegram or ordinary email. We never ask for an advance or administration fee. Anyone doing any of these things while using our name is an impersonator, and the same approaches under any other name are the common warning signs of a crypto scam.

Scam warnings

A promise to reverse a confirmed blockchain transaction or guarantee the return of stolen assets is a warning sign. Tracing transactions or providing legal assistance does not give a private company the power to seize funds. Crypto Recovers handles wallet access recovery, not the recovery of stolen funds. Be wary of anyone guaranteeing a return after theft. Those same tests apply to any provider, not only to us, and our guide explains how to recognize a legitimate recovery company and which questions to ask.

PGP status: our active public key for support@cryptorecovers.com (fingerprint C4D7 1CC1 79A9 1A0E 10F5 1EE9 17BD BD7D 14F0 BB10) is published on the PGP page. Always verify the fingerprint through a second channel - never trust a key that only arrives by email. We do not offer a bug bounty, and a media mention is not an endorsement.
