Ripple (XRP) Wallet Recovery Service

Ripple (XRP) wallet recovery: seeds, backups and forgotten passwords - free assessment, success-based.

Quick answers

What is the XRP recovery material?

A secret key, backup code or recovery phrase from your wallet. The address alone - or a transaction history - can never recreate it.

Why does my restored account show zero?

Unactivated XRP accounts need the base reserve before they show a balance - check whether the account was ever activated.

Do destination tags matter?

Yes. A missing tag on an exchange deposit is a routing issue for the exchange, not a wallet-recovery case.

Request an assessment

XRP works differently from Bitcoin-style wallets. Access is controlled by a secret key or recovery material tied to your XRP Ledger account, and the wallet software you used determines what recovery looks like.

Which wallets this covers

XRP Ledger wallets, exchange-provided accounts, and any wallet where you hold XRP keys or recovery material.

What is recoverable

A secret key, recovery phrase or backup from your wallet, or partial memory combined with file material. Account addresses alone are public information and cannot restore access.

What is not recoverable

A lost secret key or recovery phrase with no file, no backup and no memory. No address lookup can recreate it.

How it works

Assessment, written agreement, controlled recovery on copies. You control the account and move your XRP yourself.

If your XRP sits in an exchange account, only the exchange can restore that login - that is outside our scope and we will tell you so.

Practical notes

  • XRP accounts need a base reserve (currently 1 XRP) to be activated; an unactivated address shows zero until funded.
  • Missing destination tags on exchange deposits are a routing issue for the exchange's support, not a wallet-recovery case.
  • The secret key, backup code or phrase is the wallet; the address is simply the public identifier derived from it, so no amount of address or transaction-history lookup runs that derivation in reverse.

When professional recovery is the right call

  • A secret key or backup code you only partly remember: when enough of the material remains, a bounded search is sometimes possible.
  • A secret you only partly have: a BIP-39 phrase from a wallet that issues one is bounded by its word list and checksum; a base58 seed (starting with s), its hex form or Secret Numbers have no word list, so candidates are checked against your known address instead.
  • Confusion between wallets and networks: an unactivated or wrong account shows zero - before assuming loss, the address must be checked on the XRP Ledger.
