Phantom Wallet Recovery Service

Phantom wallet recovery: secret recovery phrase, password and Solana accounts - free assessment, success-based.

Quick answers

What backs up a Phantom wallet?

A recovery phrase backs up the accounts derived from it: Phantom generates 12 words and accepts compatible 24-word phrases. Wallets created with Google or Apple can also be restored with the original account and, if requested, the four-digit PIN. Imported keys and connected hardware wallets have separate recovery routes.

Can Solana accounts be restored on other wallets?

Phantom is not required, but another wallet must support the same phrase format, derivation path and account handling. Verify the derived address against a known public wallet address before using it.

Why are some tokens missing after restore?

Re-add the tokens and check the network; assets live on the same addresses and show once displayed.

Phantom is a Solana wallet available as a browser extension and mobile app. The recovery route depends on how the wallet was created and which credentials or devices remain available.

What you are actually dealing with

  • Secret recovery phrase: Phantom-generated phrases have 12 words; compatible 24-word BIP-39 phrases can also be imported. A surviving phrase can restore the accounts derived from it.
  • Local app access: the browser password or device authentication unlocks the installation. This is separate from the four-digit PIN used for Google/Apple wallet recovery.
  • Google/Apple sign-in: wallets created this way can be restored using the original Google or Apple account and, if requested, the four-digit PIN. Only the first account returns automatically; additional accounts may need to be added again.
  • Solana accounts: restoring a phrase brings back its accounts with previous on-chain activity; accounts without activity may need to be added manually.
  • Imported private key: restores its individual account on the relevant network; it is not automatically included in the main recovery phrase.

When professional recovery is the right call

  • Several words are missing, unreadable or in the wrong order, and no other available recovery route restores the relevant account: the surviving words may support a constrained BIP-39 search.
  • The phrase was written down years ago and needs verification against the known address.
  • A restored wallet is missing accounts and a systematic index scan is needed.

What is impossible

  • No usable recovery credentials, backup or surviving wallet data: without any remaining way to access the wallet or material to examine, recovery is not possible.
  • A fully unknown phrase with no clues: the search space is effectively unlimited.

Practical notes

  • Never enter a Phantom phrase into a website or app that offers to "check" it.
  • Hardware-wallet accounts connected to Phantom are not in the phrase - reconnect the device instead.
