Tron (TRX) Wallet Recovery Service

Tron (TRX) wallet recovery: phrases, keys, keystores and networks - free assessment, success-based.

Quick answers

What is the TRON backup?

A 12-word BIP-39 mnemonic phrase, a private key, or a keystore file with its password. The wallet software determines which applies.

Why is my USDT-TRC20 missing after restore?

TRC-20 tokens live on the Tron network - restore in a Tron-compatible wallet and re-add the token to see it.

What is the default TRON path?

m/44'/195'/0'/0/0; if you derived an account on a custom path, restore it with that same path.

Tron (TRX) and TRC-20 tokens like USDT are managed through wallets such as TronLink, Trust Wallet and Ledger. The backup is the wallet's own: a 12-word BIP39 phrase, or a private key/keystore file.

What you are actually dealing with

  • Recovery phrase: TronLink uses a standard 12-word BIP39 phrase; restoring it recreates the Tron account.
  • Private key / keystore: alternative access formats; a keystore needs its password.
  • Derivation path: TRON uses m/44'/195'/0'/0/0 by default; a wallet restored on any other path derives a completely different set of keys, so a phrase that used a custom path only works if you restore on that exact path again.
  • TRC-20 tokens: USDT and other tokens live on the Tron network; after restore, the Tron account shows them once the network is active.
  • App password: protects the app locally, not the keys.

When professional recovery is the right call

  • Several words are missing or uncertain — a checksum-bounded search.
  • A keystore or private key with a forgotten password: password search against the file encryption, on a copy.
  • You are unsure which wallet or network held the TRX/USDT.
  • A restored account showing zero TRC-20 balances: the network view, derivation path or account index is wrong - a fix, not a loss.

What is impossible

  • No phrase, no key and no keystore: the keys are gone.
  • Reversing a transaction.

Practical notes

  • Never enter a Tron phrase into a website that offers to 'check' your USDT.
  • Write the network and token type (TRC-20) on the backup.
